Student Accounts: 1.Review and evaluate student and sponsor accounts as needed; 2.Reconcile accounts receivable with general ledger, proposing adjustments as needed; 3.Maintain tuition and fee tables in Colleague system; 4.Oversee collection efforts; 5.Process returned checks and approve related bank payments; 6.Address student inquiries and complaints referred by cashiers, the Financial Aid Office or others;
7.Propose write-off of uncollectible accounts;
1.Supervise cashiers and student accounts technicians; 2.Establish and monitor procedures for cash receipting; 3.Establish and maintain AR codes in Colleague system; 4.Monitor deposits to state and local bank accounts and resolve discrepancies; 5.Assist with customer services when cashiers require assistance; 6.Record electronic payments received; Financial Aid: 1.Monitor and recommend changes to Financial Aid processes that affect student accounts;
2.Draw down Federal Financial Aid funds;
3.Monitor and recommend changes in general ledger accounts for scholarship and financial aid funds;
4.Establish third party sponsor accounts;
5.Monitor and recommend changes in Financial Aid distribution processes;
