We are looking for people passionate about home technology and automation. We are seeking a candidate who will be an integral part of our service team with the opportunity to ultimately lead the service team. Details include:
Being responsible for the support and servicing of client home automation systems, including video walls, computer systems, audio and video switching, and custom control systems within the Chicagoland area.
Candidates should have a strong passion for and experience with technology. Formal education is preferred.
Must have great customer service skills and a presentable appearance.
Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals such as TCP/IP, RAID, software installation, computer hardware maintenance/troubleshooting, internet and network systems.
An understanding of AV systems is strongly desired.
Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a valid driver's license. A majority of the job sites are in the NORTHERN AND NORTHWEST SUBURBS.
Final candidate must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen (must be drug-free for at least 90 days prior to the screen) and background investigation including criminal and motor vehicle check; PERC card required upon hire.
