Responsibilities include gathering performance data from various products manufactured by King Shock Technology. Assist engineers with product validation and tuning. Operate lab equipment, including a shock dynamometer. Set up and run data acquisition equipment for laboratory or on-vehicle use. Report test results. Generate lab and field test reports. Assist in new product development. The ideal candidate is able to use standard hand tools, follow directions; thoroughly document test conditions, clearly communicate results, and can efficiently use standard computing software.
Install and connect test sensors

Build/adjust test shocks, and organize gathered data
Hands on mechanical experience is a MUST
Minimum of 3 years work experience
Excellent computer skills are mandatory
Well experienced with Microsoft Office
Able to work independently
Experience with shock dynamometer
Experience with electrical wiring, soldering, etc.
Experience with data acquisition equipment
Able to organize and report collected data
Knowledge of automotive vehicles and suspension components
Electro-mechanical development and processes a plus
Proficient with CAN and supporting tools a plus
Proficient with electronic valves a plus
Read and follow instructions
Excellent writing and verbal skills
Able to pass pre-employment testing
Use standard hand tools, follow directions, thoroughly document test conditions, clearly communicate results, and can efficiently use standard computing software.
Experience with rebuilding/ tuning King Shocks is helpful
Previous laboratory experience
Formal Mechanic training/experience
Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization
Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Perform basic visual quality inspections on products
Maintain the production pace of other team members
Utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform duties
Able to sit or stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift
Able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis throughout the work day
