Premier AV Systems Integrator with operations throughout CNY is looking for a Sr. Audiovisual Technician to work on their Systems Integration and Installation Team.
Qualified individuals must have experience in installation of electrical/electronic equipment, audio-visual equipment, video surveillance, alarm or security systems, door access systems, lighting control systems or related equipment. Experience would include set up and installation of equipment and systems, cable pulling, terminating cable into patch panels, fabrication of racks and/or systems, configuring systems and mounting equipment at customer sites.
Previous experience working in commercial construction trades or on home construction projects is preferred. We are looking for a Senior Technician or Project Leader who can lead an installation team on mid-size to large audiovisual installation projects. Must be a reliable, dependable, hands-on person with good interpersonal communication skills who is excellent in customer service situations. Individual must have a valid NY State Driver’s license. Position requires occasional overnight travel.
