Alameda County General Services Agency Building Equipment Maintenance Worker $74,776 - $78,790 + Benefits
The BEMW will perform semi-skilled independent maintenance and repair work on plumbing, boilers, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical/electronic, and related equipment.
Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years of recent, full-time paid experience in the maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment; Possess a valid California Motor Vehicle Operator’s license; And possess a class I and II CFC (Chloro-Fluoro-Carbon) Certificate, mandated by the Environmental Protection Agency for technicians servicing all types of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
