Job Responsibilities: Will be responsible for the testing, tuning and troubleshooting of complex, multi-function, RF/microwave microelectronic assemblies in a clean room environment. This is an entry to intermediate level position, where the technician works under the guidance of an experienced senior level test technician.
Minimum/Basic Job Qualifications (skills, work experience, education/credentials): Experience in application RF fundamentals including but not limited to: RF Gain, Gain Flatness, Gain Matching, Return Loss, P1 dB Compression, Phase tracking, Log linearity Familiar with transmission line theory, AC/DC circuits Computer literate and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and various other computer software Good manual dexterity while working under a microscope Possess energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude Ability to read schematic diagrams Attention to detail, problem solving, time management, and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision Min. Associates degree from a technical school with 2 year on the job training or 3+ years on the job training Requires good oral and written communication skills US Citizenship
Additional Preferred Qualifications 2-4 years prior RF microwave test experience in similar business Ability to obtain a clearance through Defense Security Services(DSS)
