Responsible for the bidding process including solutions, services, design or manufacturing and services for automation projects. This rol lead the bidding process from initial contact through contract signing, with particular emphasis on establishing the technical solution, financial analysis, terms & conditions, cash fow trading terms. Responsible for generation, validating and endorsing the technical solution. The proposal engineers works togother with the sales team to generate and activate the bidding strategy on each opportunity to win and recieve the orders from customers. Main deliverables are: - Proposals document for automation project. - Cost / Price estimation for projects. - Risk analysis of each proposal. - Update databases for proposals tracking
A minimum of 5 years of related experience within process automation Education: Four Year College. Electronics engineering or related Experience (3+ years) in Projects execution related to industrial automation Project management knowledge Experience and knowledge in Oil & Gas vertical Prior DCS Automation experience in support of solution design
Others: High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude Customer centric oriented behavior Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Strong English oral and written skills Previous experience as proposal engineer is a plus Previous Commercial experience within automation jobs desidered (Solution consultant or Sales)
