Provides customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and network systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. FSE is in charge of all aspect of the project but no limited to:
Installation, integration and start-up of datacenter and network systems
Optimization of communications and network performance
Updates, upgrades and field modernization of network systems and datacenters
Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair
Implementation of comprehensive site maintenance programs
Support to customers on-site and remote locations.
Have an engineering degree on the following carriers: Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering Electromechanical Engineering Robotics Engineers Control and Automation Engineering Computer System Engineering Mechatronic Engineering Software Engineering
2-3 year of minimum experience on Field service
Show proficiency in PLC's, SLC's and ControlLogix AB products
Strong knowledge of Industrial Networks
Strong knowledge of Human Machine Interface (Panelview, FTView and others)
Strong Knowledge in MS Windows Software
Strong Knowledge in MS Office Tools
Knowledge in Visio and CAD Development Tools.
Knowledge in Visual C, Visual Basic and .Net development tools.
Desirable Knowledge in the use of Database software such as Oracle, SQL Server 2008, etc.
Desirable Knowledge in Windows Server Management and Troubleshooting
Desirable experience with Factory Floor Applications Development Desirable experience with Data Collection Systems
