Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Evaluating, repairing, and returning customers equipment. Support shipping at times and also supporting customers with phone support with experience.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to work unsupervised • Team player, supporting sales • Ability to troubleshoot and provide excellent customer service • Excellent knowledge of small/light equipment and machines and the mechanical operation of equipment. • Requires knowledge of mechanical and electrical functioning of machinery serviced and ability to troubleshoot malfunctions and identify worn out parts. • Electrical or motor repair capabilities (soldering, wire stripping, electric motor, etc.) • Strong computer skills • Valid driver’s license
Recommended (not required):
• Basic PLC knowledge is not required but a plus for future growth • 1 – 3 years in repair / troubleshooting or related experience • Technical certificate, technical degree, etc.…
