Position Specifications and Requirements: Previous Experience: Minimum two years relevant full time experience working in a theatre or play house. ETC ION lightboard
Knowledge and Education: The position requires a minimum of a B.A. or B.F.A in theatre with a strong lighting and technology emphasis, or the equivalent in work experience and training. Additional graduate training and experience in lighting technology, technical direction, stage rigging, and supervision of theatre students and student employees is preferred.
Machines, Tools, Equipment, Electronic Devices and Software: Able to use personal computer, spreadsheet and word processing software; work with theater-related software, such as VectorWorks, AutoCAD and Litewright. Work with standard office equipment, such as telephone, calculator, copier, fax machine, printer, etc. A broad knowledge of and ability to work with lighting and sound equipment.
