If you have automotive repair or insurance carrier experience, have you ever thought about how the technology you use goes into creating a proper estimate? We are looking for someone who is interested in demonstrating their experience on the back-end of the claims process and expanding on their computer skills. This means working with a team to build our estimating software using math calculations and assigning codes to parts and labor information.
The Estimatics Content Specialist is responsible for:
Technical Data Modeler depicts data in term of the entities and relationships described in the data.
Ensures data normalization.
Structures and organizes data from the Parts and Labor group so it can be consumed by electronic products.
Build relationships between components that have commonality and deduct or add appropriate labor times for calculation per labor notes.
Builds tables for automated procedures such as component refinish, component overhaul and options.
QA’s new services or updated services prior to the data extract.
Minimum of 10-15 years in the automotive collision repair industry, shop or insurance carrier (estimating, estimator)
Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent. Associate's Degree Preferred.
Demonstrated strength in vehicle damage appraisal and/or estimating
Comprehensive understanding of automotive collision repair techniques
Ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience
Proficient computer skills is a must
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
