All Lines Technology is seeking a Level I Help Desk Support Technician. Under the primary direction of the management team and lead technician, you will provide day to day customer support to end users related to IT needs and requests. You will be responsible for assisting the desktop technicians with the day to day operations of the Help Desk and customer support activities. You will hold the ability to utilize various system resources to document end user requests for assistance and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Education or work experience in an IT related field.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Able to perform basic/standard IT procedures and protocols.
Previous help desk experience preferred.
Provides service to client community while protecting the integrity and confidentiality of all data and information through physical and electronic measures.
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
Records end user requests in the Incident Tracking system software. Follows Help Desk procedures for recording and managing requests in Incident tracking system.
Ensures excellent customer service by providing follow up and communication to customers.
Ensures client is satisfied with all levels of services provided.
Provides Level 1 support services for end user requests, including troubleshooting activities and advocacy for the end user. Escalates end user requests to the appropriate support group, as necessary.
Maintains a working knowledge of computer technology, network systems, and standard software and acts as a resource of technical information to the end user community. Attends training, as assigned.
