Job Description: Provide on-site and phone support for equipment installations and roll-out of fleet safety systems, including video and safety sensor products Installation of “smart cameras” and sensors Provide in-house support to manufacturing, sales, and purchasing departments Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of system issues Maintain and organize high-level help desk tickets/resolution system, and work with our Warranty department to identify product areas requiring attention. Customer training
Skills and Requirements Degree in Automotive or Engineering or commensurate professional experience Hands-on experience installing automotive electronics and / or 12V CCTV equipment Speak and write English clearly for detailed technical communications Skilled in providing Customer and End-User Support
