The Electrical Supervisor is an integral part of the facility maintenance group with various responsibilities for scheduling and planning maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to plant electricians. As a supervisor, the position is responsible for efficiently managing the front-line maintenance electricians and overall crew results in order to minimize and resolve production/process reliability issues.

Formula for Success: You Will...
Assign, train, and supervise employees on the assigned shift to install, maintain, and repair the electrical systems of the plant's milling and production operations.
Inspect equipment on a regular basis to determine the working condition and implement a preventive maintenance program.
Select and set-up the proper test and calibration equipment and procure the parts and supplies necessary for completing work expeditiously.
Help plan major maintenance and repairs shutdown for times most convenient to overall operations; plan the routine maintenance and repair schedule to minimize downtime.
Ensure the safety of employees by enforcing the established safety rules and regulations.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You...
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Trade School certification preferred.
Electronics experience or equivalent military/industrial electricity/electronics training required.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment in a maintenance function.
At least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting maintenance-related problems involving analog and digital controls.
Knowledge of electrical distribution systems.
Proven ability to organize, motivate, and direct people.
Ability to troubleshoot low- and high-voltage equipment.
Capable of making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft platforms is a plus.
Broad knowledge and understanding of Kaolin plant operations is desired.
Experience with SAP and Kronos (or similar) time and attendance system preferred.
