Ectron Corporation, a fifty-year-old San Diego, CA manufacturer of a variety of instrumentation and laboratory equipment has an immediate opening for an electronics technician with experience in production testing and calibration.
This position entails production testing of a variety of state-of-the-art products from turn-on to final testing. Additionally, repair and calibration of these products is performed. Troubleshooting and repair is most often to the component level.

A minimum of an AS degree in electrical engineering or its military equivalent is required. Work experience of at least 2 years in calibration and/or production testing is also a minimum requirement. A solid foundation in computer skills including using National Instruments LabVIEW, creating spreadsheets and pdf files is also essential. Familiarity with ISO 17025 is a definite plus.
